Real Estate Riches in Turbulant Times- April 30th 2011 Seminar

The company I work for, NorthBridge Equity, is hosting a seminar for My REI Advisor on April 30th, and I have the pleasure of assisting a member of their team with a presentation on socail media. We'll be discussing different platforms of social media, why they are important to incorporate into your business, and how real estate professionals can benefit from them.

In addition to social media, it is important, especially in this economy, to have a plan and know how to carry it out. Lorraine Ball, owner of Roundpeg, is an expert in writing business plans, and will be there to explain why it's so important to have one, and how to get started writing one for our real estate businesses.

The third speaker, Steve Robinson, will discuss IRA's and 1031 Exchanges, which can be helpful for a wide range of real estate professionals and their clients.
